About WEPRO

Our Story

WEPRO Cleaning Services was founded in 2020 in Tralee, County Kerry, by Nicholas Denezh with a clear goal: to bring professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning and property services to Ireland. What started as a small local cleaning team has grown into a full-service company operating across Kerry, Cork, Dublin, and Limerick.

Since founding, WEPRO has completed 1,000+ residential and commercial jobs, maintained a 5.0-star Google rating, and built a dedicated team of trained, Garda-vetted professionals. We serve hotels, offices, schools, Airbnb hosts, property managers, and homeowners across Ireland.

WEPRO Cleaning is part of the WEPRO family of home services in Kerry. If you need renovation or bathroom refurbishment work done, visit our sister company at WEPRO Renovations.

We use OlasBoard job management software to coordinate scheduling, crew assignments, digital checklists, time tracking, before-and-after photos, and service records.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and property services that clients can rely on — whether it’s a weekly office clean, a hotel turnaround, or a one-off deep clean before a property sale. We combine eco-friendly products, professional equipment, and a rigorous quality system to ensure every job meets the highest standard.

We measure success by client retention, quality scores, and the trust businesses place in us for ongoing contracts. Our OlasBoard system ensures every task is tracked, photo-documented, and scored — so our clients never have to wonder about the quality of work.

Our Values

Accountability: Every job is photo-verified and quality-scored through OlasBoard. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee.

Sustainability: We use only biodegradable, eco-friendly cleaning products safe for children, pets, and sensitive environments including schools and healthcare facilities.

Reliability: Same-day or next-day availability. We show up on time, every time. Our commercial clients report 100% schedule adherence.

Community: As a Kerry-founded company, we invest in local hiring, local training, and building lasting relationships with Irish businesses.
