How office cleaning is priced
The hourly guide starts at €39 per labour hour, with at least three labour hours per visit. Regular contracts receive a fixed monthly quote after a free site visit, and suitable one-off work can be priced at €0.12–€0.21 per sq ft. Every quote confirms labour, consumables, equipment and VAT treatment in writing.

What a contract costs: worked examples
These examples use only the published guide of €39 per labour hour with at least three labour hours per visit. Your fixed monthly quote after the site visit replaces them.
- Small office, once a week: 3 hours × €39 = €117 per visit, about €507 a month.
- Medium office, twice a week: 2 visits × 3 hours × €39 = €234 a week, about €1,014 a month.
- Larger site, five evenings a week: 5 visits × 3 hours × €39 = €585 a week, about €2,535 a month.
Monthly figures use 4.33 weeks per month. Consumables, periodic work and VAT treatment are confirmed in the written quote. Try different numbers in the price calculator.
Every contract also states in writing who your contact is, how missed items are reported and fixed, how cover works when a regular cleaner is off, and the notice period.
Multi-site office cleaning
A multi-site contract keeps one standard for your organisation while each building gets its own task list, contact person and access plan. Availability and pricing are confirmed per site, rather than assuming every building needs the same number of visits.
