How much does office cleaning cost?
The published labour guide starts at €49 per hour, typically for 3+ labour hours per visit. For suitable one-off area-based work, the guide is €0.12–€0.21 per sq ft. A managed contract receives a fixed written quote after a site assessment.
Floor area alone does not determine the price: occupancy, washrooms, frequency, access and periodic tasks all matter. The written quote confirms labour, consumables, equipment and VAT treatment.

We can discuss daily, weekly or another agreed frequency. The schedule depends on site needs and local availability.
Is the calculator a confirmed quote?
No. It uses published starting rates for planning. The final scope, price and VAT treatment are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
