Office cleaning across Cork city and county
Our Cork team cleans workplaces in every part of the city and in towns across the county. Each area comes with its own practicalities, and we plan the visit around them.
City centre & Docklands
South Mall, Patrick Street, Grand Parade, Oliver Plunkett Street, Lapp’s Quay and Albert Quay. Many offices here sit in older buildings with narrow stairs and shared entrances, so we bring compact equipment and agree access with the landlord or building manager.
Business parks & suburbs
Mahon and Blackrock, Little Island and Glanmire, Ballincollig and Model Farm Road, Bishopstown, Wilton, Douglas, Rochestown and the Airport Business Park. Larger sites often combine offices, a canteen and several washrooms, which we cover in one visit plan.
County Cork towns
Cobh, Midleton, Carrigtwohill, Carrigaline, Ringaskiddy, Kinsale, Bandon, Mallow, Macroom and Youghal. Practices, clinics and small offices outside the city get the same written scope and reporting as city sites.

Workplaces we clean in Cork
Professional offices
Solicitors, accountants, brokers and agencies. We clean around confidential papers and screens without moving files, and lock up exactly as agreed.
Clinics & practices
Medical, dental and physio practices: waiting rooms, touchpoints, washrooms and floors cleaned after the last appointment. Clinical waste stays with your licensed contractor.
Salons & studios
Hair and beauty salons need clean floors, basins and mirrors every morning. A Cork salon owner is among the customers who recommend us to other businesses.
Tech & shared offices
Hot desks, busy kitchens and meeting rooms. Hybrid teams can schedule visits around their in-office days instead of paying for quiet ones.
Retail units & showrooms
Floors, glass and fitting rooms cleaned before opening, so the shop is ready when the doors open.
Business-park units
Offices with a canteen, washrooms and a reception area, cleaned to one checklist, with periodic carpet and window work added when needed.
What a Cork office clean includes
Every contract starts from a written task list. These are the areas most Cork offices ask us to cover; periodic work is added to the same plan.
Desks & meeting rooms
Clear desk surfaces, phones, keyboards, door handles and light switches wiped and sanitised; meeting tables and chairs reset.
Kitchens & canteens
Worktops, sinks, tables and appliance fronts; dishwasher loaded or emptied and the fridge cleared on an agreed day.
Washrooms
Toilets, urinals, basins, mirrors, floors and touchpoints; soap, paper towels and toilet roll refilled from your supplies, or supplied by us if agreed in the quote.
Floors & entrances
Carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped with colour-coded equipment, entrance mats and stairwells included.
Bins & recycling
General waste, recycling and compost emptied and taken to your building’s collection point.
Periodic work
Carpet extraction, internal glass, high dusting, blinds and appliance deep cleans, scheduled monthly or quarterly.
