Tralee's housing stock is unusually mixed for a town its size, and interior painting has to answer to that. Kerry's climate is the second factor. Tralee sits at the head of the bay with high average humidity, and homes in Blennerville, Spa, Fenit and along the Dingle road get salt-laden air on top of that. Paint dries slower, moisture readings run higher, and north-facing bedrooms and bathrooms are where mould and peeling show up first. Most of our Tralee interior work is done in occupied properties, so the schedule matters as much as the finish. We stage the job room by room, keep kitchens and at least one bedroom usable every night, work to quiet hours where there are shift workers or small children, and vacuum and wipe down at the end of every shift.
